  • Drone technology has opened up a wide array of applications, one of which is the popularity with photographers and cinematographers for aerial imaging. Relatively inexpensive and easy to fly drones have enabled photographers of all levels to take to the skies and apply their craft with increasing ease and frequency, and with jaw dropping results previously not attainable with ground based photography.

If you have not started on drone photography and curious what all the hubbub is about; or if you are a seasoned drone pilot and pondering what new and creative ways to use your drone; or even a professional photographer either using or considering to use drones for commercial work and wish to get up to date on the latest changes in local regulations, this 2-hour workshop will cover essential topics for drone operators such as:

    • Regulations

    • Permits

    • Travelling with drones

    • Type of drones

    • Intelligent flight modes

    • Safety features

    • Battery management

    • Flying safely

    • Photography planning

    • Drone simulator
